The afternoon will centre around the ways in which small, conscious tweaks can create a quantum leap in our asana practice. The masterclass isn’t about big, crazy shapes or explosive movements - rather it’s about breathing new life into postures that will already be familiar to students with a regular practice. Through refined cueing and inventive sequencing, we’ll uncover new depths in postures that might feel stale or, worse yet, ‘simple’!

We'll work at a slow and steady pace through a sequence that is interspersed with skill-based drills and humour. The afternoon will feature meditation and pranayama.

Season Slowing - Into Spring

Every season brings its changes, its fluctuations and those moments to shake off what was, and intentionally ease into a new rhythm. 

A seasonal slowing encourages us to move with the changes rather than against them, maybe we can find more flow, growth and ease in cohesion with that evolving around us. 

As spring brings new beginnings, a change of pace and budding potential, take a moment with me to intentionally connect to this gentle stirring of new life around us. Though the beginning of spring can feel quite lethargic and heavy as we try and pick up the pace and wait patiently or not for those warmer days, sometimes we need to slow down and guide in a gentle reawakening of fresh air and clearing to the deepest parts of ourselves. An afternoon of breath and movement to set intentions, balance the elemental shifts and clear through what feels a little tough and sticky from those darker months.

Front-splits and Flexibility Workshop

Flexibility is so much more than just stretching – and this 2-hour workshop will prove you just that as you explore how to get into the front splits and its variations.

Combining passive and active flexibility, Jade will guide you through a series of drills, strengthening exercises and techniques that will not only help you learn fun poses but also gain control over your body.

Designed to improve your overall range of motion and mobility, we will work safely and gradually on creating more space in the body whilst staying in tune with our sensations and breath. We will close this practice with some breathwork and restorative poses, allowing our body and mind to completely relax. An invitation to explore and feel, to surrender and let go.

Open to all levels, bodies and abilities with options for everyone – and no, you do not need to be able to touch your toes to attend (but who knows, maybe you’ll be able to afterwards!)

Mandala Masterclass w/ Amber

Join Amber in a two-hour grounding elemental mandala workshop with a focus on Earth.  When you give yourself the time to cultivate a deeper connection to Earth you start to feel into your physical abundance and infinite creativity. 

Mandala vinyasa moves in a 360-degree circle around the mat. It works with a firm intention and, like our bodies, it is linked to the four basic elements of the universe - Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. Each of these elements has its corresponding chakra and muscle groups so each class will work to a specific area of the physical and energetic body.

This workshop is open to all levels. Expect inversion breakdowns to the practice as well with tips on handstand, pincha and headstand too.

Join Amber as she takes you on a 2-hour Mandala journey through the elemental flows.

You’ll be breaking the traditions of linear yoga as you move 360° around the mat flowing through rhythmic asanas and inversions as well as starting and finishing the practice with yin, which is very important throughout mandala. This workshop will allow you to experience breathwork, yin, elemental salutations, standing, and seated routines.
