OUR CLASSES
MAT CLASSES
-
We try and keep things simple. That’s why we label most of our classes ‘Yoga’.
You’ll find these classes vary in style depending on who is teaching it, and all of our teachers are very unique so it’s best to shop around, read their bios, and see whose style resonates with you most.
All of these classes are open to all levels, so beginners are always welcome, but we recommend letting us know if it’s your first class so we can give you some extra guidance.

Our yin classes are quite different to our Yoga classes, so they’ve been labeled as such. In these classes, you can expect longer holds [sometimes up to 8-minutes], a soothing soundtrack, deep breathing, and candlelight. A slow-moving meditation, that aims to repair the body and mind.

Still considered mindful movement, Pilates is low-impact movement that promotes strength and stability as well as flexibility and postural alignment. It is great for reaching the smaller (supporting) muscles we often forget about, as well as rehabilitation after injury through proper stabilization and alignment. It is also the perfect complement to help support your yoga practice.

REFORMER CLASSES
-
Reformer Signature is our all-levels reformer class, grounded in the Basic Space ethos: Space to BE — for students and teachers.
We never ask our instructors to follow a formula or set sequence. Instead, we invite them to teach in a way that reflects their own voice, training and expertise. This freedom is what makes these classes so varied, and so incredible.
Each teacher brings something different so be sure to read their bios. as finding the right fit can make all the difference (and we’re always here to help). No matter who’s leading the room, you can trust that each class will deliver:
A dynamic, low-impact workout that builds strength, stability and flexibility using the spring-loaded resistance of the Pilates reformer. Expect enhanced core control, postural alignment and mobility with sessions tailored to the people in the room. These classes welcome beginners while offering layered challenges for those with more experience.
-
For those who love the burn. Reformer Strength is our advanced-level reformer class. As with Signature, we don’t ask our instructors to follow a formula or fixed sequence. Each teacher is invited to lead from their own training, experience and intuition which means every class is uniquely theirs, and uniquely challenging.
This class is not suitable for beginners. It assumes confidence and experience on the reformer, and is designed for those ready to be pushed. If it’s your first time on a bed you may be asked to leave.
You can expect high-energy, strength-focused movement that builds endurance, power and total-body control using the spring-loaded resistance of the Pilates reformer. These sessions are sweaty, intense and deeply satisfying, tailored to the room, but always designed to leave you feeling strong, accomplished and a little bit wrecked (in the best way).
Each teacher brings something different, so be sure to check their bios. Finding the right fit matters, and we’re always here to help.
