A seasonal restorative practice with Kelly Thomas
Indulge in two hours of deep rest and seasonal nourishment. Melt 2.0 offers a slow & grounding afternoon. We’ll begin with low, fluid movement before settling into a restorative sequence of supported shapes to soothe & release.
Expect all of the props, mellow sounds, and calming pranayama woven throughout. Come in your comfiest clothes and coziest layers, this is your invitation to soften.
