Take off into a dynamic 90-minute exploration of the Rocket sequence - a creative, energizing practice that brings playfulness and flow to traditional Ashtanga foundations. We'll build heat, play with balance, and explore what's possible when we give ourselves space to try new things. The beauty of Rocket is that it meets you where you are - whether you're working on your first arm balance or refining shapes you know well, there's room for you here. We'll move through flowing transitions with plenty of modifications, so you can challenge yourself at your own edge.
After our flight, we'll take a mindful pause to integrate before floating into a 30-minute sound bath. Allow the vibrations to wash over you as your body absorbs the benefits of your practice, moving from effort into deep rest.
This workshop is open to all levels with some yoga experience. If you're comfortable with dynamic, flowing practices like Vinyasa or Power Yoga, you'll feel at home here - no previous Rocket experience needed. We'll explore together, with options for every body.
