Bringing a twist to the traditional wellness experience, PLAY blends music-led movement with some of London’s leading creative talent.
Working through a monthly theme, PLAY x Basic Space’s recurring session will consist of a PLAY Method flow, led by one of their guides, followed by a creative arts element.
Each guide brings their various backgrounds in movement and the creative arts to create an experience unique to PLAY, making no two sessions the same.
