Editions 044
With the heatwave still somewhat lingering, summer feels as though it’s landed a little earlier this year.
The morning light rises earlier, and the days stretch later into the evening. We tend to feel more outward, expressive, and alive this time of year, ready to say yes to more, be around people, and soak up the energy of the season.
And yet, in the midst of this fuller time of year, it can be easy to give so much of ourselves away. So this month, we’re inviting you to keep filling up your own cup too — to return to your practice, to move, breathe, rest and be held in community with us.
In studio, we’re celebrating that sense of community and connection with our June challenge, where you could win a one-night B&B stay at the beautiful Tillingham Estate in Rye. And for those moments when time is short, and home is where your practice needs to be, we’ve added eight brand new classes to Basic Space at Home, including the introduction of Polly and the signature Pilates classes from her that you love.
We’d love to see you in the studio this month, to take advantage of the lighter mornings and make it to class before the day begins, or to come and move with us before your evening plans.
There’s something so special about the way the summer light dances around the studio at this time of year, and we can’t wait to share that space with you.
