House of Heat is our 10-day summer challenge blending Barre, Pilates and Yoga into one dynamic, feel-good experience. Designed to match summer's energy — warm, expressive, expansive — expect sessions that are energising, joyful and bold. They're sweaty and intense, but they'll leave you feeling completely alive, and we're right there with you.
The entire series drops 13th July, giving you the freedom to move through it as a 10-day journey, or dip in and out however suits you. The classes will be available permanently, and you can favourite them to view again. Plus, they can be downloaded to take offline on your next holiday.
This Challenge is FREE for members so all you need is an active membership to participate.
