It’s all ‘Yoga’
We try and keep things simple. That’s why we label most of our classes ‘Yoga’.
You’ll find the classes vary in style depending on who is teaching it, and all of our teachers are quite unique so it’s best to shop around, read their bios, and see who’s style resonate most with you
All of the classes are open to all levels, so beginners are always welcome, but we recommend letting us know if it’s your first class so we can give you some extra guidance.
Yin
Our yin classes are quite different to our Yoga classes, so they’ve been labeled as such. In these classes, you can expect longer holds [sometimes up to 8-minutes], a soothing soundtrack, deep breathing, and candlelight. A slow-moving meditation, that aims to repair the body and mind.
Candlelit Yoga
A softer class, to send you home in a state of ease and bliss. These classes are generally taught in the later evenings to help wind you down after a long day. With candlelight to guide the way and soft props for extra support if you need it.
Prenatal Yoga
Yoga for all the mums-to-be to help support you in this special time through all stages of your pregnancy. Perfect for any soon-to-be mothers who are new to yoga and need something a bit more tailored to their needs. Classes are smaller for extra support and guidance.
Pilates
Still considered mindful movement, Pilates is low-impact movement that promotes strength and stability as well as flexibility and postural alignment. It is great for reaching the smaller (supporting) muscles we often forget about, as well as rehabilitation after injury through proper stabilization and alignment. It is also the perfect complement to help support your yoga practice.
Yang to Yin
Taught every Sunday evening, this 90-minute class is the perfect balance and a great way to wind down after a long day. Starting with vinyasa-style sequencing, and warming up the body before slowing down with some long-held yin postures. We really believe it's the best of both!
